so now you all can increase your ump,you may have seen basketball players jumping so high,and sometimes thought thats yhey are great,but dont ever think that its a difficult task,its really a simple thing,before i used to jump upto few centimeters,now i am the slam dunker of the school,
all i did is follow the chart given below
but first,do a warm up,and warm your body so you get enough oxygen to jump,
now STEP 1
it will increase the strength of your calf,making your leg a stronger one!
its intresting,and easy too,do it for atleast 15 mins,you will get increased stamina
STEP 2
NOW FOLLOW THE BEOLW EXERCISE
it is a very important and useful step,as it will eventually increase your jumping capablity
so do it more that other exercises,but do take rest
STEP 3
NOW DO THIS
it is little difficult,as we began to feel pain,when we do this exercise,dont do it without proper warm up exercise,otherwise you will have terrible leg pain the next morning,and do this exercise atleast 50 times
if any problem arise,like if u want to have a look at how to do it,search for it at youtube,i have uploaded it many of the tutorials,

AFTER doing all this exercise,relaxe,and streach your body,now drink some water

and remember,dont start doing any of this without prior exercise,as it will laed to severe leg pain,i had experince,so telling you to avoid it
